The fact that you can get in this pose, just amazes me. I'm not quite there yet in my practice.

That's all I got.
I think I'd have to have my bones removed in order to achieve that pose.
After exploring this pose at our Teacher Training Weekend Jess, I can appreciate the stretch with awareness to opening the shoulders and back. I love new postures!
