I've long been a fan of Julie Evans' bright, indian-inspired artwork. Here are a few newer (not sure how new?) pieces. I love this direction - so soft and intriguing - such a departure from the colorful, saturated work I'm familiar with of hers. I'd LOVE to be able to hang the above painting, "garland", in my apartment someday... Actually, I'd love to hang ALL of her work in my apartment :)

These pieces are beautiful! I love how organic the neutral ones are but the colorful ones have really awesome flowing shapes.
This makes me want to go paint
