hue-tastic...

Although I can't see myself rocking either of these looks, I'm totally loving the color combinations!

live what you love...

Not everyone can say they love what they do but the lucky few who do, know what a wonderful experience it is. Anyways, I would love to hang this somewhere :)

I know a good handful of people in yoga instructor training, one of course being Jessica. Thought this was pretty clever for a business card. Designed by Phil Jones

finally! studio pics...

Sorry it's taken so long to post pics of the studio! (Gosh, I opened back in Nov and now it's almost April!) Anyways, I was rearranging it the other day to make room for my fab new intern and it was relatively clean so I figured it was the perfect time to shoot it. It's still a work in progress but here ya go :)

More on flickr.

weekly from dad...

It's been a while but my dad finally updated his flickr page with some nice photos from last weekend's brief, 30-minute snow shower in nh. Apparently it was sunny one minute, then a hot, snowy mess! Hopefully we won't be seeing any more of this for a while...

show me your blogspot...

Liana over at New Brahmin tagged me in her post "Show me your Blogspot" so here goes...

So where do I do my blogging? You're looking at it - the couch (our new, comfy couch to be exact).

I blog mostly at night and then pre-post for the following day. Every once in a while you'll get a "live post" from my studio (will be posting new studio pics soon!) when I just have to post something immediately but yeah, it's mainly at night - honestly, if not, I'd never get anything done during the day!

Hmmm... details... well, usually I'm curled up, winding down (preferably with a glass of wine), watching something on dvr and either procrastinating on cooking dinner or listening to Dave cook... man this sounds boring! Actually I'm kidding about all that - the truth is, I sneak blogs in while traipsing back and forth from London, Morocco and Madrid on
my private jet... totally.

xx

Ok, now it's someone else's turn. I'm putting the following chicas (and one chico) on the spot:

1. Audra
2. Lisa
3. Jen
4. Dave
5. Maegan

RULES:
1. Once you are tagged, post a picture of where you blog.
2. Feel free to tell us a little about your space, or explain certain items in more detail. Or not.
3. Link back to this post. (I want to see how far this goes!)
4. Tag five other bloggers to show their blog spots.
5. If you are tagged and do not participate, you will become allergic to cabbage.

out of africa...

Absolutely stunning editorial in this month's Time Magazine Design & Style. The layers, colors, patterns, accessories - everything - is rockin'. Oh how I wish I could emulate this.

do judge by its cover...

Being a visual person, I typically choose books by their cover when not looking for something specific. Let the design snob in you build a reading list based on great cover design at The Book Cover Archive. Fair warning, you may lose yourself for a few looking through the archive.
